#1. Oil your hair

Oil lubricates the outer cuticle and strengthens the inner core by providing moisture to help keep the bonds strong. So we need oil to have healthy, strong hair.

Oil your hair at least 2–3 times a week before every wash. (Use coconut/Amla /Almond Oil For Better Results).

#2. Don’t comb wet hair

Never brush your hair when it’s wet. When your hair is wet, it is weaker, fragile, and more susceptible to breakage. Don’t do dry hair with a towel, and instead gently press the water out. Also, do not brush your hair while it is wet.

#3. Use Herbal Or Natural Shampoo

Use herbal shampoos to maintain the quality of hair with the least chemicals possible. I better suggest you use shikakai shampoo.

#4. Wash your hair 2-3 times a week
