4 Things To Do Before Washing Your Hair:

#1. Oil Massage

Massage your scalp with oil such as coconut oil/almond oil at least one hour before washing your hair. Massaging helps to nourishes your hair and scalp thoroughly and prevents dryness naturally. It also helps boost blood circulation in the scalp and promotes better hair growth.

Apart from having better hair, you also get to relieves stress and headache.

#2. Detangle Your Hair

It is very easy to remove knots from dry hair than wet hair. Wet hair is more breakable. So, detangle your hair before shampooing always. Brushing stimulates blood circulation in the scalp and reduces hair fall naturally. Using a little bit of conditioner will make the job easier.

#3. Dilute The Shampoo With Water

Dilute your shampoo with water before applying it to your hair. Diluting makes it easier to apply and wash off. It can also help to reduce the high concentration of chemicals in your shampoo.

Most of the experts suggest you take 3 to 1 shampoo to water ratio. Using this ratio will allow the shampoo to properly cleanse your scalp and hair.

#4. Apply Hair Mask

Apart from hair oil, you can also treat your hair with a natural hair mask. Leave the mask on for 25-30 minutes and rinse it off with a mild shampoo or natural shampoo. These masks help to rejuvenate the hair follicles and strengthen the hair roots naturally.
