Probably the hardest measure to take! Reducing our cheeks fat & body fat percentage will automatically make you look slimmer in your face as well! There are a million reasons to work out this is just one more! So eat healthy foods and work out on a regular basis!

Get your perfect shape by avoiding processed food, fatty, and oily foods. Consult your dietitian for better advice on what foods to eat for your body shape. Avoid eating foods outside and always prefer homemade foods.

Do regular workouts 5-6 times a week at the gym or do body exercises at home. You don’t get to pound weights at the athletic facility to appear lean, mean, and ripped. Exercises such as calisthenics training serve you better in this regard. Bulky and swole or muscular bodies are not suited for the perfect male model body look. Cardio-vascular exercises combined with outdoor sports can make exercise more enjoyable. Outdoor activities such as mountain climbing, trekking exponentially accelerate the transformation process.

Being hydrated has many benefits such as glowing skin, fat loss, and also helps with our electrolyte balance which is essential for a slimmer face! I make it a priority to stay away from sugary drinks and drink at least 3-4 liters of water every day!
